Try this cocktail recipe at home to celebrate Halloween...
Try Rockliffe Hall’s spooky Halloween twist on the classic Bramble cocktail this weekend.
Ingredients (to create 1 cocktail)
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 50ml Gin
- Ice cubes
- Crushed ice for your serve
- 12.5ml Crème De Mure
- Blackberry (to garnish)
Method
- Add a generous handful of ice cubes to your shaker along with the lemon juice and gin.
- Shake well.
- Add the crushed ice in to a tumbler style glass for your serve.
- Strain the shaker over the crushed ice.
- Drizzle the Crème de Mure (blood stain) over the top
- Garnish with a blackberry.
- Serve!
