A true Rockliffe Rock Star, Lisa is a Butler in the Spa and always goes above and beyond for Guests and Members providing a five-star service. 

Colleagues voted for Lisa as she is hardworking, always has a smile on her face and remains calm under pressure.

Lisa has been working alongside new Team Members making them feel welcome and supporting them when they need a helping hand.
